Equip’Auto 2025: LIQUI MOLY France
On 15 October 2025, the coverage highlighted the stand, brand, visitor conversations, the team in its stand uniforms and the activities. A Jeep dismantling challenge involving two teams was among the key moments identified in the brief.
The series brings together wide views, a team photograph, conversations, the challenge, branded materials and an interactive kiosk. An initial selection was sent on 15 October, followed by a private gallery for colleagues. The agreed uses included websites, social media and standard printed materials.
Preparation around your priorities
For an exhibitor, we identify the products, demonstrations and conversations to feature. A pre-opening view of the stand can complete the coverage where access allows. For an organiser, the plan covers arrivals, aisles, stands, presentations, activities and the partners to represent.
Your proposal specifies coverage, the number of photographers if sessions overlap, image selection, editing, formats and deadlines. We agree on the size and timing of any priority selection. Delivery is through a private gallery with high-resolution JPEGs for web, press and print; rights and extensions are set out in the quote.

Do you work at Porte de Versailles?
Yes, including Equip’Auto and VivaTech at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. I also cover shows at Paris Nord Villepinte, including SIAL.
Can you cover several days or stands?
Yes. Coverage is scheduled around setup, opening, peak attendance and evening events. Several stands belonging to the same group can share coverage.
Can I receive a priority selection?
Yes. A priority selection of 10 to 20 images is available for an additional €150. We agree on its delivery time before the assignment, according to your event.
How many images will I receive, and when?
The expected number of images is specified in the quote, based on the duration and programme. The complete selected and edited gallery is usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Deadlines are specified in the quote. A priority selection of 10 to 20 images is available for an additional €150, at a time agreed in advance.
What usage rights are included?
The standard licence covers internal use, social media and press relations. Extensions for outdoor advertising, paid advertising and large formats are available on request.
Do you need badges or authorisations?
Yes. Please arrange an exhibitor or press badge, and out-of-hours access if needed for setup or pre-opening photography.
