Priority selection
A selection of 10 to 20 images. We agree on its delivery time in advance, according to your event.

Multi-day and recurring assignments
A reduced daily rate is available from the second day, depending on the number and format of the days. An annual allocation can be agreed for recurring needs.
Payment terms and timing
A 30% deposit is due on approval of the quote; the balance is invoiced after image delivery, with 30-day payment terms. The schedule and any options are specified in the quote. Any overruns are included in the price.

Multi-site events, several photographers, large organisations, institutional events or travel outside Île-de-France: a brief allows us to prepare a tailored proposal. Travel outside Île-de-France is shown separately and charged at actual cost.

What affects the price of event photography?
Four main factors: time on site, the number of key moments to cover, the number of venues and your delivery deadline. A single-site event with one plenary session requires different work from a multi-room day with parallel workshops. The expected image volume and attendance by public figures also affect the quote.
Is travel included in the price?
Yes, within Paris and Île-de-France. The stated prices include travel, equipment and on-site setup time. For events outside Île-de-France, travel is shown separately in the quote and charged at actual cost.
How are the photography coverage times agreed?
The quote specifies your event schedule and any options. A half-day covers 4 hours and a full day 8 hours; any overruns are included in the price.
How does payment work?
A 30% deposit is due when the quote is signed. The balance is payable on receipt of the invoice issued after image delivery, with 30-day payment terms. VAT is not applicable, so the stated amounts are final, with no tax added.
