DAMIEN GUILLAUME · PARIS & ÎLE-DE-FRANCE
Your guarantees, from the brief to delivery
A clear framework, from the brief to image delivery, for businesses and institutions in Paris and Île-de-France.
Discretion and independence
I anticipate key people and moments without disrupting the event. If a photographer from my network covers your assignment, I brief them and approve the images before delivery.
Fast delivery, agreed in advance
The complete selected and edited gallery is usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Deadlines are specified in the quote. A priority selection of 10 to 20 images is available for an additional €150, at a time agreed in advance.
Files ready to use
Every delivered image is selected and edited. High-resolution JPEGs support web, social media, print and press use.
Clear usage rights
Your quote defines the standard licence: internal and external communications, website, social media, communication materials, press relations and annual reports. Outdoor advertising, paid campaigns and third-party licensing can be covered by extensions.
Support before, during and after
I provide an initial reply within one working day. I prepare your quote personally after reviewing your brief. We also agree on coordination arrangements before the assignment.
What happens if you cannot attend on the day?
This is precisely why I work with a network of photographers I know and collaborate with regularly. If I cannot attend, I propose a replacement whom I brief on your event, and I approve their images before delivery just as I would my own. If none of the proposed solutions suits you, your deposit is refunded in full.
How long do you keep the files?
Image access and retention arrangements are specified for your assignment. If you need another download after delivery, please contact me so I can check which files are available.
Can I request images again several months after the event?
Image access and retention arrangements are specified for your assignment. If you need another download after delivery, please contact me so I can check which files are available.
