Privacy policy
Damien Guillaume, 111 boulevard de Sébastopol, 75002 Paris, France. For questions about your personal data: contact@damienguillaume.com or +33 6 30 49 86 44.
Contact and quote requests
The information you provide is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and organise a possible assignment. This processing is based on the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take. If an assignment is agreed, the relevant information is also used to perform the contract and manage the professional relationship.
The form collects your name, company or organisation, email address, event type, intended date or period, venue and message. Required fields are marked with an asterisk; without this information, your enquiry cannot be submitted through the form. Your phone number, requested coverage time and budget are optional. The form language and originating page are also included with the enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your message.
Recording, follow-up and recipients
Your enquiry is recorded in Wix Forms and used in Damien Guillaume’s follow-up tools. A notification is sent to his professional email account. Damien Guillaume is the recipient responsible for answering you. Technical providers needed for hosting, form processing, follow-up and email delivery may process the data to provide these services.
Wix acts as a processor for data processed on Damien Guillaume’s behalf under its Data Processing Addendum. Wix publishes a list of its group companies and sub-processors.
Hosting and international transfers
Processing by Wix may involve countries outside the European Union. Its agreement provides for an initial transfer to Wix.com Ltd. in Israel under the European Commission’s adequacy decision, followed, depending on the services required, by other transfers, including to the United States. Wix describes the applicable mechanisms in its agreement: adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses. You can consult the agreement and sub-processor list above, or email contact@damienguillaume.com with questions about the processing of your enquiry.
Retention of enquiries and correspondence
Enquiries and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to handle them and manage the professional relationship. The criteria considered are the status and outcome of the enquiry, any ongoing project or assignment, applicable legal obligations and the need to retain certain records to establish or defend legal rights. These criteria apply to enquiries in Wix, follow-up tools and email correspondence; the lifetime of a technical form session does not determine how long they are retained.
Technical form session
The form uses an opaque session identifier stored in a cookie necessary for its operation. It links your browser to the submission and receipt of your enquiry and helps prevent duplicate submissions. It remains valid for a maximum of one hour. Separate technical records track submission status and help prevent repeat submissions. Session expiry does not mean that the business enquiry and all technical records are immediately deleted.
These operations support the operation and security of the service and are based on Damien Guillaume’s legitimate interest in receiving and tracking enquiries reliably. Hosting providers may also process connection data needed for their services, as described in their documentation.
Your rights and contact details
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. To exercise your rights or ask a question, email contact@damienguillaume.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
