I’m Damien Guillaume, a Paris-based event photographer working since 2011. I prepare and supervise every assignment. Depending on your date and the scale of the event, photography is handled by me or a photographer from my network, selected and briefed in advance.

How much does a B2B event photographer in Paris cost?
Half-day coverage of 4 hours starts at €750; a full day of 8 hours costs €1,200–€1,500. Any overruns are included in the price. Travel within Île-de-France, selection, editing and the gallery are included. A priority selection of 10 to 20 images costs an additional €150, at an agreed time. VAT is not applicable; prices are final and usage rights are specified in the quote.
Can I receive a priority selection?
Yes. A priority selection of 10 to 20 images is available for an additional €150. We agree on its delivery time before the assignment, according to your event.
When will the complete gallery be delivered?
The complete selected and edited gallery is usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Deadlines are specified in the quote. A priority selection of 10 to 20 images is available for an additional €150, at a time agreed in advance.
What usage rights are included?
The default licence covers your company’s internal and external communications: website, social media, communication materials, reports and press relations. Specific uses, such as large paid campaigns, outdoor advertising or third-party licensing, are clearly addressed in the quote.
Do you work only in Paris?
I am based in Paris and regularly work across Île-de-France, including Porte de Versailles, Carrousel du Louvre, Grande Halle, hotels, conference centres and headquarters. Travel outside Île-de-France, across France or Europe can be arranged in a quote according to your event.
Who photographs the event on the day?
I prepare and supervise every assignment. Depending on the date and coverage required, photography is handled by me or a photographer from my network, selected and briefed in advance. You know who will attend before approving the quote.
