Planning your coverage

Coverage can span a half-day, full day, reception or several key moments. Deliverables, usage rights and deadlines are specified in the quote.

What information should I send for an accurate quote?

For an accurate quote, include the event type, date, venue, schedule, number of attendees, key moments to cover and any delivery or communication requirements in your first message. I can offer guidance even if the brief is still provisional.

How soon will I receive a quote?

I provide an initial reply within one working day. I prepare your quote personally after reviewing your brief.

Do you work only in Paris?

I mainly work in Paris and Île-de-France, depending on the event format. Travel further afield can also be considered according to the project, schedule and coverage needs.

What are your delivery times?

The complete selected and edited gallery is usually delivered within 24 to 72 hours. Deadlines are specified in the quote. A priority selection of 10 to 20 images is available for an additional €150, at a time agreed in advance.
